JUST A REMINDER - You must call Palm Springs Disposal to arrange for the pickup of large items.  You may discard two large items per unit per year at no charge!  Please contact Palm Springs Disposal at 760-327-1351.  ALSO, PLEASE NOTIFY MANAGEMENT AT 760-327-0301 SO THEY ARE AWARE THAT ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE.

A vehicle decal is required for all owner vehicles and a hang tag is required for overnight renters and guests.  Please complete a Vehicle Registration Form to obtain your permit(s) and hang tags if you have not already done so.  Vehicles found parked on property overnight without a permit or hang tag are subject to towing.
